Google Play Games are now available in more countries


Google Play GamesEarlier this year, Google made it official for Android games to come to Windows PCs through Google Play Games. And over the last few months, we have seen how the initiative has been expanding throughout different countries.

Now, Google has just announced that Android games for PC are now available in more regions of the world, as well as confirming that, very soon, it will be possible to play the best Android games on any PC.

Google Play Games for Windows arrived in Mexico, the United States, Brazil, and other countries

In total there are eight new countries in which Google Play Games for Windows is available today for the first time: they are Brazil, Canada, Indonesia, the United States, Mexico, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore. Until now, this platform was only available in Australia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand, so as of today there are thirteen countries where it can be played.

Those who want to start playing can do so simply by downloading the Windows app that Google provides on the Play Games website. Once installed on the PC, it will be possible to access 85 different Android games.

There are some minimum requirements that PCs must meet in order to offer a satisfactory gaming experience. According to Google, it requires a quad-core CPU, an Intel UHD 630 GPU or equivalent, a version of Windows 10 or higher, and 8GB of RAM with 10GB of available SSD storage.

For now, the platform is still going through its beta phase, and Google plans to introduce new features before its global rollout. For that reason, players are asked to share their opinions and suggestions with the aim of improving the service.
